Plasquatch of Know Your Meme describes this as a "Spengbab-like fanart." However, it actually comes from a SpongeBob episode “Jellyfish Hunter.” It appears for less than a second during a montage in which SpongeBob catches jellyfish for Mr. Krabs, who constantly demands “more” after the Jellyfish-filled Krabby Patty was tasted. It is unknown why Mr Krabs made that face. Probably to scare kids!
