Made this page look a bit nicer with some grammatical changes and icon additions, plus added other ways of creating a concept of Microsoft Sam to the mix, and added a few more editors to the line-up (Filmora because of Davemadson and PowerPoint because some people used to or still use it, example: nkrs200)

For as important as the voices are, without a video editing program you won't be getting anywhere. VEGAS Pro is a rather good option, but good luck finding a legal version that's affordable. VEGAS Movie Studio is the cheaper half of VEGAS, but it has considerably less features than Pro. Most people start out with Windows Movie Maker, and eventually grow to a different video editor. Or don't. There is at least one YouTuber who didn't leave WMM behind for a very long time (he eventually switched to Wondershare Filmora).

Of course, what's a video without characters? ...several different genres, but not the kind we're going for here. You'll probably want Sam, Mike, and Mary, as well as other characters that you've either created or "borrowed" from other YouTubers.

But how about designing them? What will you go for? (Examples are Sam Sam he's the most significant)

As you can see, the characters are listed nicely in a 3-column table: A row for the character's Name, their Color, and their Voice. This helps keep the list organised (and then you can use the "To-Do" feature to check off completed concepts.)

For as important as the voices and video editing software's are, without a error/sign generating program/website you won't be getting anywhere. atom.smasher.org is the place to go for Windows 95/XP, along with multiple custom funny sign generators, as that is what older TTS video makers use everyday. if you want something that supports all of the Windows OS's, Studio Center Supports them all. their is one in development from a user that's been with us for a while now.
