For those ROBLOX players who see this meme usually arrives with the fact that Bob tells "Free Robux is a Scam!"

Bob is seen outside of YouTube comments, usually in ROBLOX, where he says something along the lines of "Free Robux is a SCAM!"

However posts like those are illegal against the Terms of Service because the meme is frequently spammed.

Bob's behaviour, ironically, contradicts ROBLOX's community guidelines against spamming.
