Lucow Fozerrit is a heinous extremist and hacker who was bent on going at a lot of extreme lengths, especially when it meant he needed to corrupt technology devices that are known to exist. He was also known as the nemesis of PixelartBuilder583, whose victory against him earned him the Anti-Hacker Warrior title. Ever since then, Lucow was bent on getting his revenge on him, as well as exploiting his own men callously and using them as a means to decimate him and his cohorts.
