Microsoft Mark is one of the TTS voices that came along with Zira, first off as a voice for mobile Windows. As of right now, he is one of the two Windows 10 voices (him and Microsoft Eva) that can only be unlocked by modifying the registry on a typical Windows 10 installation. Right now, not much information is known about Microsoft Mark. Details will be added as they are uncovered.
