Balabolka is a TTS (Text-to-Speech) program by Ilya Morozov that supports SAPI 4 and 5 voices. It has become one of the most popular TTS programs, with many former Speakonia users having already migrated to it.

Quirks
- As of now, there is no way to open the built-in lexicon window on the SAPI 4 voices. This can be worked around using the word replacement function.
- A small delay is put in between sentences, as it reinitializes the voice engine after every sentence.
Trivia
- If you open Balabolka with Speakonia opened, Speakonia's clipboard reading function will automatically be disabled. However, it can still read the clipboard contents.
