This can be fixed by typing: "s's's oy", "s's's oi", or "soei" (SAPI4) while in SAPI5: "Soe" or "Ssoy". He says it correctly if a word is placed after it that begins with L or W. Microsoft Anna will say "Swah" if typed "soi", but if typed "soy", she will say it correctly.
