* Basement/Floor 0 - A largely empty area that contains a secret door that leads to a slide which in turn leads to a large nuclear fallout shelter twenty miles below the surface of the Earth. Whenever there is an imminent nuclear threat or really bad weather situation, the IWAY staff will hop on the slide down to the bunker. It is larger than the bunker of the [[Pieboy Tower]] and has enough food & drink for 15 years. The trip lasts about 1 minute.

== Legal Issues ==
There has been several legal issues concerning the tower.
* '''May 1, 2015''' - The water slide leading down to the bunker was complained about because it was made of plastic and held together with wet modeling clay. This was fixed by replacing it with a waterpark-standard ProSlide Technology slide.
* '''October 18, 2018''' - The water slide collapsed during a Tornado Emergency in ROFL City. Ten people were injured (including [[Microsoft Sam]] and the [[National Security Agency (NSA)|NSA agent]]), but were able to fully recover. IWAY handed Microsoft Sam $154,532,000 and a lifetime supply of Marshmallow Suprise IWAY Cookies as compensation for his injuries.
