Microsoft Sam (of TheROFL98) is a character who resides in TheROFL98's universe based upon the general characteristics of Microsoft Sam (SAPI 4). He inherits stereotypical characteristics from many other Sams, which means he enjoys tacos, IWAY Cookies, reading errors, hates Windows Vista, and more. Not much is known about his backstory currently and will be revealed as the storyline for TheROFL98's universe thickens.
