The series has spawned several spin-off specials, which feature the main characters in non-canonical adventures or quick shorts, of which do not involve reading errors. The first such special, "IVONA Eric Fails at Tech Support" premiered on December 16, 2014, shortly after the series premiere, and the final special, "WindowsCourt: Battle for the Wand", was uploaded as the final piece of IVONA Eric media on May 31, 2023.

In June 2022, errors taken from ''IVONA Eric'' episodes were used for an RP series created by youtuber louis wolf in a (since-closed) Discord server. This was the first time in six years that IVONA Eric content was used in a roleplay.
